48 hour service

Within Germany we guarantee a spare parts delivery service of 48 hours for all current parts. If necessary we will deliver by courier service for an extra charge.

 


Wagner Test and Technology Centre

The customer can experience what we mean by service even before the purchase. Right at the planning stage of the new installation we assist in the search for an individual production method with intensive coating trials.

Which installation with which level of equipment will provide the most economically sensible and highest quality results for a product? In our Technology Centre in Markdorf our engineers and applications technicians will find the optimal solution for every coating problem.

System maintenance annually

An annual system maintenance by a specialist is required by the Guidelines of the Trade Association for (ZH 1/443, 1/444) and ensures that the Wagner powder coating system is operating in accordance with the regulations. A Wagner Service technician will carry out an inspection and maintenance on the whole system, and will check, and if necessary replace, components and worn parts. .

  • Annual maintenance by Wagner Service technician
  • Check and replacement of wear parts
  • Test report and proof of maintenance in accordance with ISO
  • 10% reduction in price for spare parts purchased during the maintenance
  • 25 % reduction in price for service visits within 60 days of the maintenance

 


System maintenance quarterly

A quarterly system maintenance by a specialist will ensure that the Wagner powder coating system is operating at its most optimal. Every quarter a Wagner Service technician will carry out an inspection on the system, and will check, and if necessary replace, components and worn parts. This service will guarantee optimal operation of your powder coating equipment.

  • 15% reduction in price for spare parts purchased during the maintenance
  • 30 % reduction in price for service visits within 60 days of the maintenance

 


Extended warranty

This service package guarantees that your WAGNER system will remain in an optimal operating condition and also extends the warranty period for the Wagner powder equipment. Every quarter a Wagner Service technician will check and test your system and replace all worn-out wear parts. This service will guarantee the best possible operation of your system.

Reports :

Our technician will produce an inspection and test report with all measured, newly adjusted settings and also with the work carried out.

Advantages :

  1. A 15 % reduction in price on all wear parts which are consumed or ordered directly during the inspection and maintenance!
  2. A 30 % reduction in the price of the work done if a service visit is necessary outside the agreed warranty work after the maintenance has been carried out.
