Ever more companies are changing to water-based paints, among other things because this way it is easier to adhere to environmental protection regulations. However, many people are still reluctant to use water-based paints for electrostatic application with hand guns. Person and high voltage plus water -- this mixture just seems too dangerous. But things have changed now, for J. Wagner GmbH has built an extensive combination of safety precautions into its new AquaCoat system. Even now it fulfils the requirements of the new standard that is still being drafted.
